Mini 'practice' wedding cake.  I wanted to practice with a stacked cake and someone happened to get married at work the weekend before.

I made 12 dozen mini cupcakes this particular weekend....LOVED IT!

Vanilla buttermilk with Raspberry Buttercream and a little sugar pearl.

Snickerdoodle cupcake with snickerdoodle frosting and a dusting of cinnamon and sugar.

White cupcakes with a buttercream frosting and edible glitter.

  1. Okay, first of all, I am so proud of you. Becki this are wonderful cakes, and truly show how gifted you are. Those all look delicious, and I would love to sample each one. Keep on posting because you're creativity is inspiring.

    Congrats again on your work auction cakes. Those look fabulous, and they made so much money. Yippee!
