I was privileged to be able to make my nephews 14th birthday cake! He is a hockey player in the Seattle Junior Hockey Association. So I made a giant hockey puck with a jersey. I put his number and name on the jersey. He chose to have a chocolate layer and a vanilla layer with strawberry filling covered in chocolate buttercream and chocolate fondant. I copied the league onto edible frosting and placed it on the top like a real puck. Turned out super cool and everyone loved it!
